Cancellation and Refund Policy
Applicable if the event is cancelled. All vendor advances and wedding management fee will be forfeited and the advance payments made to the hotel will be non-refundable. However in the event of a force majeure event, wedding management fee to be adjusted against event scheduled at a later date, subject to prior confirmation from Sumaaroh’s team regarding availability.
Covid 19 Pandemic – Cancellation and Other Terms and Conditions
In case of any change in Government guidelines or due to any other unavoidable circumstances around the COVID- 19 fallout, Sumaaroh will coordinate with the Bridge Medical Consulting to provide alternate venue options, theshift of event etc. For any cancellation due to coronavirus-related restrictions (from the clients side) the advances paid would be adjusted against the amount paid to vendors/costs incurred. Guests are to follow guidelines / social distancing norms as prescribed by Government from time to time to keep control on the spread of COVID-19, Sumaaroh will not be held responsible in any case where client or any guests are in non-compliance of such guidelines etc.
